Townhomes

These Georgetown-style townhomes evoke gracious 19th century living with elements such as traditional arches and columns, oversized moldings and rooftop terraces. But at the same time offering 21st century finishes such as gourmet kitchens, fiber optic wiring and state-of-the-art construction materials.

Live/Work Buildings

The Main Street live/work buildings are individually-owned townhome units that combine retail, office and residential uses in a vibrant commercial setting. This new type of community encourages residents to walk, exercise and socialize.

Single-Family Homes

Parkwood's single family homes draw upon the best traditions of American architecture from the 18th Century Federal style to the early 20th century Craftsman homes. We offer a variety of home styles ranging from the 1,800 square foot Easton to the Oxford that can be up to 4,000+ square feet. All are designed and built to be efficient, timeless, and unique statements of enduring value.

Carriage Homes

Our unique "Back-yard Cottages" are a staple feature of many of the great traditional communities of America. These cozy apartments over the garage can be used as a guest house, in-law suite, student's retreat, artist's studio or home office. The Carriage House is a wonderful and flexible optional addition available on many of our home sites.
