Terms of Service

Parkwood Homes are built and offered for sale in Maryland by Parkwood Homes, Ltd. and in Colorado by Parkwood Homes-Colorado, LLC, Parkwood Homes-Stapleton, Inc., and Parkwood Homes Stapleton II, Inc. The entity buiding and selling a particular home is identified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement as the Seller.

All Dimensions are approximate. Windows, doors and porches vary per home elevation. Plans, dimensions, elevations and features are subject to change without notice or obligation. The floorplans are for illustrative purposes only. Some appliances are optional.
