Buyer Stories
At Parkwood, one of our favorite things we get to do is check back in with our buyers after they’ve had a little time to settle into their new homes. We had a chance to talk with the Purvis family that just built an Asheville with us in Sterling Ranch, CO about what their process was like, and they were kind enough to let us get some beautiful pictures of their home.
In Stapleton, Sarah and Rumple were among our first Painted Ladies home buyers. The Painted Ladies Collection was designed to capture the eclectic style of the Victorian homes in San Francisco, while incorporating the modern amenities that make our homes feel spacious and livable.
“It feels like a cool, urban house, but it has all the modern amenities you’d need. We couldn’t be happier and we want to live here at least until our kids are out of here, so we have a long way to go.”
Nathan and Amanda were among the first Parkwood homeowners to move into Sterling Ranch. As part of our homeowner blog series, we met with them to see how they customized their farmhouse and what their experience working with us was.
Simple. Efficient. Practical. Those are the words Eric and Monica use to describe their new forever home.
At Parkwood, we’re dedicated to helping you build not just a home, but a house that feels like your home. That’s why we work hard to give you the freedom to design your home for the way you live. Here’s how we helped Jackie build hers.
Finding the right home is more than just having a nice house to live in. It’s also about being part of a larger community. For Part Two of our series on Boston Street Gardens, we met with Parkwood homeowners Dave and Nichelle to find out how life feels different in this neighborhood and, of course, get a glimpse inside their stylish, cozy Newbury townhome.
Nick and Kim moved into the Villages of Urbana in the autumn of 2017. As first-time homebuyers, they weren’t positive what they were looking for, but they never looked back after visiting Parkwood. We sat down with them to talk about their search for a new home and the homebuilding process and loved to hear what they had to say.
Kelly and Adam, who were already new home veterans when they visited us (this would be their third new home build in Stapleton), wanted to build their dream home with room to grow. After looking over the floorplans with Parkwood's home designer and making some changes here and there, they built a home that fits their needs.
Despite being one of our most popular floorplans, the Asheville is a surprisingly versatile floorplan. After living in Stapleton for a while, Kristin and Casey decided they needed more space for their growing family. Take a look at how they made the Asheville floorplan unique to them!
Building a house for someone is always a special and unique experience. In a very short time, you get to know exactly what is most important to a person and where their priorities lie. Then, you get the opportunity to turn their dreams into a reality. After closing on a new home, we love to check back in with our buyers to hear about their experience, learn more about their process, and see what amazing things they have done with their home.
We were lucky enough to get to talk to Ashleigh & Lyle Wallace this month about their experience building a Chestertown in Central Park. Then they were kind enough to show us all the phenomenal work they have put into their home since closing. Read below for our interview and some spectacular pictures of their home.
